Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN (Scrub) – Pennsylvania

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts with 1 weekend per 6-week period. Holiday and on-call coverage are optional. No floating or blocked scheduling.

Highlights:

• Scrub RN position in a high-acuity Operating Room with 19 rooms and approximately 50 daily procedures
• Must be proficient in scrubbing total joints, neuro, hybrid vascular, and robotic cases
• Diverse case mix including ortho, urology, endoscopy, vascular, thoracic, neuro and spine, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and transplant
• Trauma experience required; Level II trauma facility experience preferred
• Epic charting system utilized; scrubs provided by facility
• 12-hour orientation period to ensure successful onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room scrub experience required
• Trauma experience required; Level II trauma experience strongly preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted with appropriate clinical experience
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Proficiency in scrubbing multiple specialties including general, gynecology, GU, orthopedic, neuro, vascular, and robotic surgery cases
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Pennsylvania state-specific compliance requirements including fingerprinting and background clearances
