Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Pennsylvania

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Weekend requirement of 1 per 6 weeks. Holiday and on-call shifts are optional. No floating or blocked scheduling permitted.

Highlights:

• Surgical scrub role with exposure to diverse specialties including total joints, neuro, hybrid vascular, and robotic surgery
• 19 operating rooms with approximately 50 procedures daily serving adult and geriatric patient populations
• Trauma experience required; Level II Trauma facility experience preferred
• Epic charting system utilized; scrubs provided by facility
• 12-hour orientation period with structured onboarding process
• Flexibility with holiday coverage and on-call responsibilities (both optional)

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania (required at time of application)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience as a scrub nurse
• Current BLS certification required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Must be able to scrub the following specialties: total joints, neurology, hybrid vascular, and robotic surgery
• Trauma experience required
• Preferred experience in: orthopedics, urology, endoscopy, vascular, thoracic, neuro and neuro spine, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, podiatry, and transplant surgery
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
• Pennsylvania state fingerprinting and childline clearances required
