Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist – Georgia

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with every other weekend required. Float position across outpatient facilities, ICU, ED, and general pediatric care areas.

Highlights:

• Float position providing respiratory therapy services across multiple outpatient and inpatient pediatric care settings
• Work with a dedicated pediatric population in critical care and outpatient environments
• Utilize Epic EMR system for streamlined patient documentation and care coordination
• Perform pulmonary function tests with Breeze software in outpatient clinics
• Opportunity to maintain and enhance critical care skills in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings
• Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend rotation

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Registered Respiratory Therapist license required at time of application
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience required
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings required
• Recent Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) experience and proficiency required
• Level I trauma center experience highly preferred; Level II trauma experience will be considered
• Experience with Breeze software strongly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Flu vaccination required
• Nicotine-free workplace; nicotine testing conducted with drug screening
