# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – TexasStart Date: August 17, 2026
Location: Plano, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule; No on-call requiredHighlights:
  • 41-bed Level II-III NICU with specialty capabilities for complex neonatal care
  • Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3, ensuring quality patient care
  • Advanced equipment experience including HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, central lines, and ostomy care
  • EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
  • MicroPremie care, respiratory support, and surgical support (excluding cardiac and neurosurgery)
  • Collaborative team environment with over 60 nursing staff members
Requirements:
  • Active Texas RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Level II-III NICU experience required
  • Level III-IV NICU experience strongly preferred
  • BLS and NRP certifications required
  • Willingness to float to Nursery as needed
