# Job Opportunity – PCU Registered Nurse – Dallas, Texas**Start Date:** September 15, 2026 **Location:** Dallas, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends required (4 shifts per schedule period)**Highlights:** - 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio- Team-oriented environment with charge nurse support and dedicated tech assistance on every shift- EMR system: Meditech experience preferred but not required- Floating assignments limited to Med Surg and PCU units only- Shift structure: Day and night shifts available with balanced staffing model- Professional atmosphere with standardized protocols and clear unit policies**Requirements:** - Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas (or compact state eligibility)- Current ACLS certification required (must be maintained throughout assignment)- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required – candidates without PCU experience will not be considered- Ability to report call-offs before 5:00 AM for day shifts or 5:00 PM for night shifts- Adherence to facility dress code (royal blue scrubs)**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Progressive Care Unit offers a stable, team-based nursing environment where you can deliver high-quality patient care with manageable ratios and strong support.
