Description
Start Date: August 18, 2026
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; 4:1 patient ratio; floating to other PCUs and telemetry units as needed
Highlights:
- Work in a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with an experienced team of 42 staff members
- Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs; night shift maintains similar staffing levels
- Utilize Meditech EMR system with collaborative equipment and technology
- No on-call requirement; floating opportunities to other PCUs and telemetry units for skill development
- Collaborative, team-focused environment with strong clinical support
- Multiple positions available for qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
