Description
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-week rotating schedule with 2-3 weekends per period; call requirements include 7-8 call shifts per 8-week schedule (mix of weekday nights and weekend coverage); call shifts run either 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Highlights:
- Main OR exposure across multiple specialties including General, Neuro, Spine, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal surgery
- 16 operating rooms with average daily census of 35 procedures
- Both circulating and scrubbing experience required – this is a hard requirement
- Epic EMR and Pyxis systems; facility operates 2 DaVinci XI robotic platforms
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; RTO blackout during Spring Break (April 4-12)
- First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of OR experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- Demonstrated competency in both circulating and scrubbing roles
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Active Georgia RN license or Compact licensure at time of submission
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Full compliance documentation due by Tuesday prior to start date to avoid delays
