Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours guaranteed option available; self-scheduling with every third weekend required

• 25-bed Intensive Care Unit with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Advanced critical care case mix including open heart recovery, cardioversions, bronchoscopy, CRRT, and Impella procedures
• MediTech documentation system with Alaris pumps and GE monitors
• Supportive unit staffing including charge nurse, unit secretary (7a-11p), and educator
• Organization actively pursuing Pathway to Excellence designation with unit working towards Unit of Distinction recognition
• Strong collaborative teamwork environment with emphasis on patient experience through AIDET protocols

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Critical care experience required
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing clinical environments
• Neuro and trauma experience preferred
