# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Alaska**Start Date:** September 15, 2026 **Location:** Anchorage, Alaska **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Three 12-hour shifts per week (weekends required); on-call requirement averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per 8-week period**Highlights:** - 13-week assignment in a state-of-the-art 11-OR surgical suite with Epic EMR- Specialized case experience including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and robotic-assisted procedures (GYN, colorectal, general)- 1:1 patient ratios with dedicated surgical support team including scrub technicians and surgical support staff- Experience with Xi Robotic surgical systems and advanced orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgery cases- Collaborative team environment with variety in daily surgical procedures- Scrubs provided by facility**Requirements:** - Active Alaska RN license (required for submission)- Current BLS and ACLS certifications- Strong circulator experience with patient advocacy focus- Preferred experience: orthopedics, total joints, neurosurgery, and robotic-assisted procedures- Preferred: scrub experience and CNOR certification- Ability to fulfill on-call responsibilities and weekend shift requirements**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to expand your surgical expertise in a high-acuity operating room environment with exposure to advanced orthopedic, spine, and robotic procedures.
