Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 5:1 patient ratio, on-call availability if low census. Rotating weekends as scheduled.

• Orthopedic telemetry unit specializing in post-operative care including total joint replacement, general surgery, plastics, and gynecology
• 23-bed unit equipped with telemetry monitoring, lift equipment, cryotherapy, SCDs, and bedside pulse-oximetry
• Meditech EMR system
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated CNCs, RNs, PCTs, and unit support staff
• Potential to float to Surgical Telemetry as needed
• Comprehensive orientation and supportive leadership

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS certification required
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
• Demonstrated telemetry competency required
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
