Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist – Georgia

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend required; must be open to floating between units

Highlights:

• Specialized pediatric respiratory therapy role across ICU, Emergency Department, and general pediatric care areas
• Work with critically ill pediatric patients including PICU, NICU, and ED populations
• No call requirements
• Epic EMR system in use

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Respiratory Therapy license required at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings required
• Level I trauma experience highly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Flu vaccination required for 2025-2026 season (no exemptions accepted)
• Nicotine screening required in addition to standard drug screening
• Requested time off (RTO) must be provided at time of application
