Description
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: El Paso, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week assignment. Every other weekend required. No call requirements.
Highlights:
- 41-bed emergency department with a collaborative team of 90 staff members
- Patient ratios: 1:4 in core areas, 1:6 in Fast Track
- Meditech EMR system
- Comprehensive onboarding with specialized equipment training
- Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 trauma nurse, 1 unit clerk, and 9 RNs, plus mixed paramedic/tech/RN mid-shift support
- Permanent position opportunities available for qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Current Texas RN license or compact state RN license
- BLS/BCLS certification (required)
- ACLS/ALS certification (required)
- ENPC or PALS certification (required)
- TNCC certification (required)
- CPI certification within 6 weeks of onboarding
- Emergency department nursing experience preferred
