Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: November 13, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Shifts may vary to meet operational needs. Required to work at least every other holiday.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit with potential to float to similar acute care units and emergency department for same patient population
• Advanced critical care experience available, including possible care of patients on ventilators
• 12-month assignment with potential for extension up to 18 months
• ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration competencies completed during orientation
• Comprehensive pre-assignment modules (4 billable hours) and orientation support
• Opportunity to work within a nationally recognized healthcare system

Requirements:

• Active permanent Ohio RN license or active Compact State license required at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification required
• All certifications must be active and in hand at time of application
• Professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from specialty work within the past 12 months required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Influenza vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• BCI/FBI background check clearance (fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of contract signing)
