Description
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Medical Step-Down Unit; 16-20 bed unit; Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
Highlights:
- Diverse case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
- Manageable 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 16-20 bed medical step-down unit

Requirements:
- Current Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Medical step-down or intermediate care experience strongly preferred
