Description
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation. Shifts typically run 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. On-call requirements include every 3rd-4th weekend (Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM) and up to 3 weeknight call shifts per week (5:30 PM to 7:00 AM).

- Advanced interventional radiology procedures including strokes, carotid stents, coilings, vasospasms, AVMs, and rhizotomy
- Comprehensive case mix: all vascular angiograms, biopsies, drainages, tube placements, thrombectomy, embolizations, endovascular procedures, and central lines
- Level 1 Trauma Center with EPIC charting system and modern imaging technology
- Two-week structured orientation program with validation opportunities
- On-call team structure includes 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 scrub tech, and 1 circulator
- Opportunity to work at two facilities within the same city
Requirements
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) required
- North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) licensure or willingness to obtain (process takes 2-6 weeks)
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience required
- Competency in advanced procedures: strokes, MMAs, pipelines, coilings, vasospasms, EVD placement, AVMs, carotid stents, and rhizotomy
- Willingness to float between two hospital campuses within the same city
- Ability to work flexible schedules and participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease processes, and medical terminology
