Description
Highlights:
- Perform quality diagnostic polysomnographic studies, titrations, multiple sleep latency tests, and maintenance of wakefulness tests in a 10-bed adult sleep center
- Work with advanced sleep diagnostic technology utilizing Natus software and EPIC charting system
- No on-call requirements – structured night shift schedule
- Weekend requirement limited to Sunday nights; facility closed on major holidays including Thanksgiving night, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
- Acute care setting with opportunities to provide critical data for physician diagnosis and treatment planning
- No floating to other units or departments
Requirements:
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification via BRPT required; CPSGT will be considered
- North Dakota state license or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Minimum 2 years of sleep technologist experience
- Registration by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists or American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM)
