Description
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week contract | Night shift 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | No call required | Every other weekend
Highlights:
- Work in a 368-bed acute care facility with comprehensive respiratory services
- Patient volume of 35-45 units of service per shift with 5-6 respiratory therapists on staff
- Utilize advanced equipment including Servo, Hamilton, and Airvo ventilators
- Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation
- Night shift hours with no on-call requirements
- NICU experience strongly preferred and highly valued
Requirements:
- Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
- Minimum of one year of adult respiratory therapy experience
- NICU experience preferred
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
