Description
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: West Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:3-5 patient ratios; weekend requirement of 5 shifts per 6-week period; on-call based on unit census; floating between units as needed

- Opportunity to care for diverse pediatric populations including infants, children, and adolescents

Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Epic charting system experience required
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Skills required: BiPAP/CPAP management, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Feedings (bottle, breast, gavage), Breastfeeding Support/Handling of Breast Milk, Hyperbilirubinemia, Pediatric Med-Surg
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
