Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night schedule (every 4 weeks). Rotating schedule occurs every 4 weeks – assigned the same straight shifts for 4 weeks in a row, then rotating to the opposite shift for the next 4 weeks. Every other weekend required (Friday and Saturday). Float required within facility system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of PCU or telemetry nursing experience required
• Current RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous telemetry experience with strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
• Skills in MS/Tele, management and interpretation of dysrhythmias, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately upon contract signing
