Description
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts with rotating call; 1-2 call days per week and every 3-4 weekends
Highlights:
- Level 1 Trauma Center with 25 OR suites handling 75-100 cases daily
- Circulating RN role in high-volume acute care environment with 250+ bed facility
- Advanced technology including DaVinci robotics, Stealth navigation, and laparoscopic equipment
- EPIC charting system with modern perioperative documentation workflow
- 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring focused, quality patient care
- Exposure to diverse case mix including Neuro (craniotomies, spine), Ortho, General, GYN, and Urology
Requirements:
- Active RN license (North Dakota or Compact state)
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years recent OR RN experience required
- Large hospital experience (250+ beds) with Level 1 Trauma designation
- Experience in acute facilities with 15+ OR suites (outpatient center experience does not qualify)
- Strong background in Neuro procedures (craniotomies, spine) with navigation systems
- Solid Ortho experience for case versatility
- General surgery competency required
- Robotics experience, preferably DaVinci system
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
