Description
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM; rotating weekends; no call requiredHighlights:
- 13-week contract assignment in a Free Standing Emergency Department
- 11-bed emergency care facility with manageable patient volume
- EMR system: Meditech
- Collaborative team environment with CNC and RN coverage per shift
- Equipment includes ventilators and point-of-care lab machines
- No on-call requirements
- Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Emergency Department experience preferred
- Proficiency in IV starts, 12-lead EKG, and comprehensive patient assessment
- Free Standing Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
- Team-oriented professional with inclusive, helpful approach to patient care
