Description
Start Date: October 26, 2026
Location: Carmel, Indiana
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts per week with call requirements (minimum 2 days per week and every 3rd weekend). Facility conducts approximately 8 procedures per day across 2 procedural rooms. Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Highlights:
- Dual-specialty position covering both cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures
- Advanced equipment suite including Siemens and Philips C-arms, Acist and Medrad injectors, Rotopro, Diamondback, IVUS, OCT, Shock wave, and more
- Comprehensive procedure mix: cardiac (LHC, RHC, balloon pumps, pacemakers, STEMI call) and IR (venous access, drain placement, embolizations, thrombectomies, fistula work)
- Cerner EMR system with 40 hours of orientation provided
- Robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
- Up to 5 days of non-holiday time off available with auto-approval
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac catheterization lab and/or interventional radiology required
- Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Active ARRT (R), ACLS, and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency in circulating role and conscious sedation administration required
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, sterile technique, and both cardiac and IR procedures
- Indiana state license or compact licensure must be in hand prior to start date
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- 2 supervisor references required at time of submittal
- Floating to affiliated facilities is required as needed
