Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: November 9, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 06:30 - 19:00. Weekend rotation and every other holiday. Flexible scheduling available including 4x12 options. Variable shift times available: 06:30-19:00, 09:00-21:30, or 11:00-23:30. Up to 26-week assignments available.

Highlights:

• Emergency Department serving adult and pediatric populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• 19-room Emergency Department with daily census of approximately 70 visits
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, Rapid Response Teams, and Social Services
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with critical procedures including arterial line management, blood product administration, ventilated patient care, and procedural sedation
• Free on-site parking provided

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
• Minimum two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years
• Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (required)
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Must successfully pass telemetry examination prior to start date with strict passing criteria for adult and pediatric rhythms
• Proficiency in triage, IV starts, phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG interpretation, dysrhythmia management, and isolation precautions
• Experience with central line care, BiPAP/CPAP management, and IV vasopressors
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility
