Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Self-scheduling with weekend rotation requirements (3 weekend shifts per 4-week period for day shift; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period for night shift). Ratio of 1:4 patients.

• Brand new Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit offering state-of-the-art cardiac care
• 26-bed Cardiac Specialty Unit with comprehensive team support including Charge Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary
• Work with cardiac patients post-procedure, managing pacemakers and titration of IV medications (cardiac, heparin, insulin, etc.)
• Meditech documentation system with supportive scheduling flexibility
• Opportunities for professional growth in a specialized cardiac environment
• Float opportunities to Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, and OSS units for varied experience

• Active RN license
• Telemetry experience required
• Background managing cardiac patients post-procedure strongly preferred
• Experience with IV medication titration (cardiac drips, heparin, insulin)
• Scrubs required: Royal blue top, black pants
