# Job Opportunity – Certified Clinical Perfusionist – South Dakota**Start Date:** November 9, 2026 **Location:** South Dakota **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 40 hours per week; 6:00 AM until cases are complete, typically 3:00 PM. Call coverage 1-2 nights per week and every 2nd or 3rd weekend (Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM)**Highlights:** - Work in cardiovascular operating room performing extracorporeal circulation and cardiopulmonary perfusion- Utilize advanced equipment including Stockert S5 by LivaNova, CardioHelp by Gettinge, Heartmate II LVAD, and ECMO systems- Provide perfusion support for diverse procedures including HIPEC, Angiovac, and LVAD cases- Level 1 Trauma Center with EPIC charting system- Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue)- Contract includes up to 12 hours cancellation allowance every 13 weeks**Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years recent clinical perfusionist experience- Active Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) certification- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required)- Proficiency with ECMO required- Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision or training- Must badge in and out at facility**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work with a comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program utilizing state-of-the-art perfusion technology and equipment.
