Hours guaranteed: 36 hours with 85% productivity standard

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Days per week: 5

Setting: SNF

Volumes per day: 10-20

Any call or weekend coverage: weekend if agreed upon schedule but would be a planned schedule

Experience required in candidate: 6months
