Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our teams, providing home health visits throughout Arizona. You’ll be working with adult and geriatric clients in the place they feel most comfortable—their homes.
You don’t need prior home health experience to apply—if you’re passionate about patient care, we’ll support you every step of the way.
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative care team, helping clients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life while allowing them to remain safely at home.
What you’ll do:
- Visit clients in their homes across your assigned area
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges
- Create personalized care plans and adjust them as your clients progress
- Partner with other clinicians to deliver well-rounded care
- Educate patients and families so they feel confident continuing care at home
- Document your visits and progress using our easy-to-use EMR system
What we’re looking for:
- An active SLP license in Arizona
- Graduate of a speech-language pathologist program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in
Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
(ASHA). - Comfort with basic technology and documentation systems
