🏡 What You’ll Do
As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based interventions
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to support long‑term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system
