Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health | Per Diem
North Bergen, NJ | Serving Hudson County

We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team on a per diem basis supporting adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County, NJ.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide in-home speech therapy evaluations and treatments for adult and geriatric clients
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Modify care plans as patient needs evolve
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life
- Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely electronic documentation using a tablet-based EMR system
Qualifications
- Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with electronic documentation/EMR systems

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$65.00 - $75.00 per point
