Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living / Home Health
Physical Therapist Assistant – Senior Living Communities (Home Health Visits) BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Triad Senior Living team in a part‑time, per‑visit role. This position focuses on providing one‑on‑one home health therapy services to older adults living in senior living communities throughout Forsyth County, North Carolina.
As a home health PTA, you will play a key role in helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and overall physical well‑being. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatment programs, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and resident education within the comfort and familiarity of their senior living environment.
What You’ll Do

Provide high‑quality therapeutic interventions as delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist

Support residents in achieving or maintaining optimal physical function

Conduct treatments, tests, and education tailored to the needs of older adults

Collaborate with the care team within senior living communities to promote resident safety and wellness
What You’ll Need
-
North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license
-
Graduate of a physical therapy program accredited jointly by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical
Therapy Education -
At least one year of experience working as a Physical Therapist Assistant

A passion for working with adult and geriatric populations in a home‑style setting
