Description
Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in the job specialty, BLS certification, and any applicable state licensure or specialty certifications required for the role.
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders and established treatment protocols. Perform patient verification and treatment safety checks, including identity confirmation, imaging verification, and treatment timeouts. Acquire and evaluate treatment imaging (KV, MV, CBCT) to ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery. Review treatment plans and perform patient chart checks to identify discrepancies, maintain accuracy, and prevent treatment errors. Provide patient-centered care and education, while collaborating with Radiation Oncologists and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and ensure positive patient outcomes. Minimum 3 years clinical experience in radiation therapy Minimum 1 year travel experience EMR experience required: EPIC/ARIA License: ARRT R,(T ), State license up to date BLS certification.
