Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 – University Circle, a vibrant healthcare hub with world-class museums, parks, and arts
• Assignment Type: Locum tenens, travel nursing contract
• Start Date: August 31, 2025
• End Date: November 29, 2025
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 06:30 AM – 05:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2500-$2560

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Cath Lab RN in a cardiac catheterization lab
• Cath Lab RN certification preferred
• Proficient with SH, PCI equipment, and endovascular procedures
• Experience with Rota, Inari, Laser, Shockwave, IVUS, and OCT equipment
• Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor cardiac cases
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Meets all onboarding health and background screening requirements

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of cardiac catheterization procedures, including TAVR, TMVR, TTVR, LAAO, TEER, CTO, and PE interventions
• Support hybrid structural heart and aortic interventions
• Operate and maintain advanced cath lab and cardiovascular equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in electrophysiology (EP) lab ablations and cardiac device procedures as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols in the cath lab
• Accurately document procedures and patient responses in electronic health records
