Registered Nurse (Telemetry) Travel Nurse in Salem, MA — 13-week travel contract. Seeking an experienced Med/Surg & Telemetry RN with strong neuro assessment skills and EPIC charting experience. Job Details – Telemetry RN | Salem, MA

• Location: Salem, MA 01970 (North Shore, near Boston)
• Unit: Phippen 6/7 – 32 Bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg Unit
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 19, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910–$2010
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts prioritized (some rotation may be required), every other weekend required
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel Assignment
• Charting System: EPIC (electronic clinical documentation)

Required Qualifications – Telemetry RN / Travel Nurse

• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience with demonstrated neuro assessment skills
• Telemetry competency; ability to interpret and document telemetry strips (Telemetry RN)
• Current Massachusetts RN license (compact license holders should confirm MA eligibility)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to float to applicable units (ortho, neuro, surgical, medical overflow)
• Completion of required onboarding health and professional documentation

Responsibilities – Clinical & Telemetry Nursing Duties

• Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic, neuro/surgical, and medical overflow patients
• Perform focused and comprehensive neuro assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Interpret, document, and act on telemetry strips; utilize telemetry monitoring to support patient safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case management) to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain assigned clinician-to-patient ratios: 1:4-5 (day/evening), 1:5-6 (night)
• Float to other units as required to support clinical coverage and patient care needs
