Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190
• Location: Thornton, CO 80229 (Thornton, Colorado)
• Position: Cath Lab Tech / Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Travel Assignment)
• Setting: Hospital Cardiac Cath Lab
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (March 23, 2026 – June 22, 2026)
• Shift: 6:45 AM – 4:15 PM, 8-hour days
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Required; rotation divided evenly among team (must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Tech experience required (2 years preferred)
• ACLS certification required
• Cardiac Cath Lab Tech certification preferred (e.g., RCIS, CVT)
• Experience with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment preferred
• Holding/monitoring experience preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes
• Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI) and peripheral diagnostic/intervention cases
• Support electrophysiology-related procedures including pacer and ICD placement, cardioversion, and device support
• Assist with transesophageal echo (TEE), tilt table testing, and Dobutamine stress tests as needed
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment (GE Innova Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab) and ensure procedural readiness
• Monitor and care for patients in the Cath Lab procedural area, supporting a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 9 staff members to deliver safe, efficient care
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure timely response for emergent cases
• Adhere to hospital standards, policies, and infection control guidelines
