• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,370 - $2,500
• Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) / Perioperative Nurse
• Setting: Main Operating Room / Surgical Services

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (contract nursing opportunity)
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm
• Shift Notes: No call, no holidays, no weekends required

Key Qualifications (OR RN Requirements)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room RN experience or perioperative nursing experience
• BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Experience in specialties such as Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, or Pediatric OR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Main OR, ensuring patient safety and quality throughout surgical procedures
• Serve as a scrub or circulating nurse to assist surgeons and perioperative teams across multiple surgical specialties
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond promptly to changing needs
• Maintain sterile technique, uphold infection control standards, and follow perioperative protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiology, surgical techs, and post-anesthesia care to optimize patient outcomes
