• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,220 - $1,310 (Travel Respiratory Therapist pay)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00) — travel RT night shift
• Hours per Week: 36
• Setting: Hospital – Level II Trauma Center (Bradenton, FL)
• Unit: Respiratory / Critical Care
• Bed Capacity: 383
• Start Date: April 8, 2026
• End Date: July 8, 2026

Job Requirements — Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NRP or STABLE certification
• At least 1 year of recent hospital experience (ICU/critical care experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system (preferred)

Key Responsibilities — Travel Respiratory Therapist

• Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients across the hospital respiratory unit and critical care areas
• Operate and manage ventilators and respiratory equipment including Servo I, GE ventilators, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• Perform standard respiratory procedures and interventions as required by the unit (mechanical ventilation support, airway management, oxygen therapy)
• Monitor patient response, interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs), and adjust therapy in collaboration with the care team
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a Level II Trauma Center
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech EMR
