Job Details – Travel CT Technologist
- Location: Savannah, GA 31404 (Savannah, Georgia)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 20, 2026)
- Position: CT Technologist / Computed Tomography Technologist (Travel)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 – $1,640 (competitive travel CT pay)
- Setting: Hospital – 650-bed facility, Level I trauma center, ACR certified
Required Qualifications – CT Tech / ARRT (CT)
- Current ARRT (CT) registry or equivalent CT certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist (hospital experience preferred)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Proficiency with Toshiba and GE CT equipment preferred
- Experience using EPIC for documentation and image workflow
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift; travel CT experience a plus
- Facility uniform: medium gray/pewter scrubs required
Core Responsibilities – CT Technologist
- Perform all CT examinations and procedures as ordered with attention to image quality and radiation safety
- Operate Toshiba and GE CT scanners, complete protocols, and troubleshoot routine issues
- Document exams and patient information accurately in EPIC and PACS systems
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure timely patient care
- Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and monitor safety during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to hospital policies, ACR guidelines, and infection control protocols
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment in a high-acuity hospital setting
