- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 – $1,810 (competitive travel radiation tech pay)
- Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia (Gwinnett County) – ZIP 30046; close to Atlanta, GA
- Setting: Hospital – Radiation Oncology Department (radiation therapy / radiation oncology jobs)
- Contract Length: 12 weeks (travel contract)
- Start Date: May 11, 2026
- End Date: August 1, 2026
- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a Radiation Therapy Technologist / Radiation Therapist
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapy Technologist (e.g., ARRT(R) or state credential) required
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to work on-site in Lawrenceville, GA (no local candidates within 50 miles)
- Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills for oncology environments
- Experience with linear accelerators (LINAC), treatment setup, and radiation safety preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments and ensure accurate treatment delivery
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment (LINAC) and accessory devices safely and effectively
- Perform patient setup, immobilization, and verification procedures; follow treatment plans and protocols
- Monitor patient responses, document treatments, and communicate changes to the oncology team
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to radiation safety standards, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
- Provide compassionate care and education to patients undergoing radiation therapy
