• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 — Fort Worth healthcare jobs, Texas travel Cath Lab tech opportunity
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (April 21, 2026 – July 21, 2026)
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab – Main Campus, 2 labs (cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10-hour days
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call Requirement: 12–15 days/month (must be within 30 minutes of facility for call response)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 – $2,190

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
• Proficiency with interventional caths, interventional radiology (IR), and peripheral vascular procedures
• Experience with IVUS/DFR, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and thrombectomy procedures
• Ability to operate GE Innova fluoroscopy systems and document accurately in Meditech EMR
• Willingness and ability to take frequent on-call shifts and respond promptly
• Preferred: EP experience and familiarity with GE MacLab/CardioLab monitoring systems
• Team-oriented, hard-working, and able to thrive in a fast-paced cath lab environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform a range of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures: Left/Right Heart Catheterization, Peripheral Angiograms, Coronary/Peripheral Atherectomy, and IR procedures (ports, permcaths, embolizations)
• Support advanced interventions including Impella/IABP insertions, STEMI activation, and PE thrombectomy
• Partner with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Maintain precise procedural and patient documentation in Meditech EMR and follow unit policies for safety and compliance
• Respond to on-call activations and float as needed across the department
