Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
Location: McAllen, TX 78503

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 5x8-Hour Day Shifts (Monday–Friday, variable start between 7:00–8:00 AM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
On-Call: Approximately one weekend per month and one day per week
Guaranteed Hours: Based on facility needs

Requirements:

• Must live at least 50 miles away
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience
• RCIS or RAD certification required
• Experience with structural heart, diagnostic, and therapeutic coronary and peripheral procedures
• Ability to scrub and monitor procedures for peripheral and diagnostic studies
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Job Description:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician works in a multidisciplinary environment, assisting with invasive cardiac and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include scrubbing and monitoring cases, operating catheterization and imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to support a variety of complex cases.
