- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600 – $2,790 (Competitive pay for travel healthcare professionals)
- Position: Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist / NeuroEndovascular Radiologic Technologist
- Location: Greenville, SC (29605) — Upstate South Carolina; vibrant downtown, award-winning restaurants, parks and outdoor activities. Ideal for travel radiology jobs and radiology technologist careers.
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 5/11/2026 – End: 8/10/2026)
- Shift: Day shifts – 4x10-hour days (07:00 – 17:30) or 5x8-hour days (07:00 – 15:30), Monday–Friday
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call: One night per week and every 5th weekend (day off after call)
- Float: Required to qualified units as needed
- Job Type: Travel contract — travel healthcare / travel radiology position
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in Interventional Radiology, Special Procedures, or NeuroEndovascular suites
- Preferred: Neurointerventional experience (mechanical thrombectomy, cerebral angiogram, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting)
- Travel healthcare experience required; comfortable in fast-paced stroke center environments
- Active South Carolina Radiologic Technologist license required (or ability to obtain state licensure)
- ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (VI) certification preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year experience with EPIC EMR documentation system
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced interventional radiology and neuroendovascular procedures including mechanical thrombectomy, cerebral angiograms, carotid stent placement, and cerebral aneurysm coiling
- Prepare, operate, and maintain fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and other IR imaging equipment; adhere to radiation safety protocols
- Assist with patient positioning, sterile field setup, device handling, and procedure flow in the angio suite
- Monitor patient vitals and assist with moderate sedation and emergency interventions as needed
- Accurately document procedures, device usage, and patient information in EPIC EMR and other hospital systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams — neurology, neurosurgery, nursing, pharmacy, PT, RT, and social services — to deliver high-quality stroke and neurointerventional care
- Participate in call rotations (one night per week and every 5th weekend) and float to other qualified units as required
