Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $877 - $975
• Location: On-site at our primary care clinic in Doylestown, PA (Bucks County)
• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm, Outpatient Clinic RN / Primary Care Nurse
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm during contract; after conversion to permanent: one late shift per week until 8pm and rotating Saturdays
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Shifts Per Week: 5
• Contract Length: 14 weeks (Temp-to-Perm opportunity)
• Start Date: May 13, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new grads and nurses with less experience are welcome and will be trained
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; EPIC experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced primary care / outpatient clinic setting
• Compliance documentation and medical/drug screens must be started within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Scrub color: Maroon/Burgundy

Primary Care RN Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vital signs as part of primary care workflow
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support for preventive care and chronic disease management
• Accurate EMR documentation and charting to support care coordination
• Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks in an outpatient clinic setting
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives
