Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Mammography Technician, Mammography Technologist, or Radiologic Technologist
• Current RTRM and ARRT certifications (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Valid Massachusetts state licensure
• Completion of required onboarding health screenings (MMR, TB test, health statement, etc.)
• Successful background and reference checks
• Resume and completed skills checklist submission required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography imaging in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the imaging process
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and image quality control
• Collaborate with radiologists and the breast imaging team to support exceptional patient care
• Adhere to state and federal regulatory and safety requirements for mammography
• Participate in department orientation, continuing training, and competency assessments as required
