Job Requirements (Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) in ED or inpatient settings
- Current X?Ray Technologist certification (state registry or ARRT as applicable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department and inpatient radiology environment
- Completion of required onboarding health and background screenings (TB test, MMR, fit test, background checks)
- Submission of resume, professional references, and skills checklist
- Preferred: Experience with PACS/DICOM systems and portable radiography
Key Responsibilities (Radiology Technologist Duties)
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures per physician orders and department protocols
- Operate imaging equipment safely and efficiently, including portable radiography when required
- Provide timely emergency radiology and trauma imaging support in the ED and inpatient units
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with department policies
- Follow safety, infection control, and radiation protection protocols
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
