• Position: Travel CT Technologist / CT Tech (Computed Tomography)
• Location: Macungie, Pennsylvania (Lehigh Valley) – ZIP 18062
• Contract Duration: 12 weeks (May 25, 2026 – August 17, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 5x8-hour (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Setting: Adult Acute Care & Adult Outpatient (hospital-based radiology)
• Scrub Colors: Navy, grey, or black

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist / CT Tech in hospital or outpatient radiology
• ARRT (R)(CT) certification required (Computed Tomography)
• BLS certification required
• Valid state license or certification at time of submission (Pennsylvania or applicable state)
• Experience with adult acute care and adult outpatient imaging preferred
• Willingness to train or cross-train in X-Ray if limited X-Ray experience
• Familiarity with EMR/charting systems (any system) for accurate documentation
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Pennsylvania fingerprints required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging for patients across age groups when appropriate (neonates, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics)
• Prepare, calculate, and administer contrast media per protocol and safety guidelines
• Operate GE CT scanner, GE x-ray equipment, and GE portable devices; ensure proper CT scanner protocols
• Start peripheral IVs and follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols
• Provide compassionate patient care in both acute and outpatient settings, maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including radiologists, nursing staff, and rapid response teams
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and follow radiation safety procedures
• No floating or on-call required for this travel CT technologist role
