CT Technologist Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiology Technologist (hospital radiology experience preferred)
• Valid CT Tech certification (ARRT-CT or state-equivalent certification preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to perform CT imaging for acute and ambulatory patients
• Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Key Responsibilities – CT / Radiology

• Perform CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images through proper patient positioning, protocol selection, and image optimization
• Maintain patient safety and radiation safety best practices; follow infection control and contrast administration protocols
• Operate CT equipment and PACS systems, and maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the department EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care and diagnostic workflow
• Assist with departmental workflow, quality control, and equipment checks as needed
