Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 - $2,430
- Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045 (Arizona radiology jobs)
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 23, 2026 – August 22, 2026)
- Shift: Tue–Fri, 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, includes 30-minute break)
- Employment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist / Travel healthcare
- Orientation: Every 2 weeks
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or radiology tech
- Arizona State License in Radiology (R) – required
- ARRT Certification in Radiology (ARRT (R))
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Completion of radiology training from an AMA-approved school of Radiology
- Experience operating teleradiology and fax equipment; competence with digital radiography workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic imaging for inpatient and outpatient services (x-ray, digital radiography)
- Operate radiologic x-ray equipment, position patients, and process high-quality radiographic images
- Provide specialized diagnostic and therapeutic imaging support across specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and ENT
- Ensure patient safety, radiation protection, and adherence to JCAHO-accredited health center protocols
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a culturally diverse environment serving tribal communities
- Maintain accurate imaging records and support teleradiology image transmission when needed
