Job Details — Travel MLT / Hospital Laboratory
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,470 - $1,580

- Setting: Hospital Laboratory / Clinical Laboratory
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 5/10/2026 – End: 8/8/2026)
- Shift: Evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Every third weekend, possible holidays

Job Requirements — MLT Qualifications
- ASCP MLT certification required (Medical Laboratory Technician, ASCP)
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital laboratory experience as an MLT
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations as scheduled
- Completion of onboarding health and professional requirements (drug screen, physical, immunizations, background check, and education verification)
- Strong attention to quality control, safety, and laboratory compliance in a hospital setting
Responsibilities — Clinical & Laboratory Duties
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently in a hospital lab setting
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments
- Collect, process, and analyze specimens according to hospital and clinical laboratory protocols
- Ensure quality control, documentation, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and reliable lab results for patient care
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed for consistent clinical coverage
