Job Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
• Location: Crossville, TN — Cumberland Plateau (Tennessee travel healthcare job)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,150 – $2,310
• Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab (Community Hospital)
• Shift: 5x8-hour day shifts (7:00am – 3:30pm)
• On-Call: At least 15 weekdays/month (4:30pm–7:00am), plus every other weekend and as needed
• EMR: Cerner (experience preferred)
• Patient Population: Adults and Geriatrics
• Unit Details: 1 room, 4 beds, daily census ~3

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT / Radiologic Technologist; Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional radiology experience preferred
• Travel healthcare experience required (previous travel CT tech assignments preferred)
• Valid ARRT (R) certification OR RCIS certification
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required
• Active Tennessee license or compact state licensure required at time of submission
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Must live more than 75 miles from the facility (travel assignment requirement)
• Annual flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including STEMI response, PCI, PTCA, RHC, LHC, and temporary pacemaker placements
• Operate and maintain Cath Lab equipment and imaging tools (IVUS, iFR, IABP, Shockwave, Ultrasound, MacLab)
• Assist with vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose) and comprehensive hemodynamic monitoring
• Monitor patients and interpret cardiac rhythms; recognize and respond to life?threatening arrhythmias
• Maintain accurate documentation, supply records, and procedure notes in Cerner
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays as required)
• Float to other units following orientation and hospital policy; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response)
