• Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL 34987 – Port Saint Lucie healthcare job on Florida's Treasure Coast, close to beaches and parks
• Assignment Type: Travel (On-Site)
• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• End Date: August 31, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (07:00 – 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Floating: May float to sister facilities within 20 miles as needed
• Call: Required; schedule discussed with manager
• Scrub Color: Ceil Blue
• Charting System: EPIC

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 months recent experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (2 years preferred)
• Experience in at least two modalities: Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro
• Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred; RCIS also preferred
• ARRT (R) certification preferred
• AHA or American Red Cross ACLS & BLS REQUIRED
• Nicotine-free policy: negative 10-panel + nicotine drug screen required
• Ability to pass EKG and Pharm tests during orientation (max 2 attempts)
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• Must complete pre-start modules (6-15 hours, non-billable)
• First-time travel technologists welcome — travel healthcare jobs encouraged

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures (Cath Lab)
• Scrub, circulate, and assist in Cath Lab and interventional radiology cases
• Set up and operate specialized cardiac and vascular equipment
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias; support ACLS protocols
• Float to sister facilities within scope of practice as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation per department requirements
• Complete required documentation using EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
